CORPORATE EVENT PLANNING
Effective event planning takes dedication, a clear vision and the hands-on coordination of a complex chain of events. Our services cover all the details of your event as well as constant communications with you and/or your designate. You remain apprised of timelines and contingencies.
In addition to pre-planning, one month prior to the event, our professional event planner, Susan Reinschmidt, will meet with you and/or your designate to review contracts, expectations and details. She will confirm arrangements with your vendors and facilitate the entire event, including theme, ambiance and entertainment. All details will be handled in accordance with your wishes and within your budget—and Susan will remain at the event until your last guest leaves.
